The One Of A Kind Christmas Show & Sale is right around the corner. It’s happening, here in Toronto, from November 24 to December 4 at the Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place.

Another one of my favourite local independent designers, p i ’ l o, will be exhibiting this year. Heather Shaw, the designer behind p i ‘ l o, creates heirloom quality items for the home from her coach house studio in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Anyway, I loved the brand and their very real approach to love, life and everything in between. Sadly, the magazine and website are no more but I`ve just learned that the former founding art director of the magazine has just launched bestowboutique.com, a fab new online shop where you`ll find chic stuff for the house along with unique gift ideas. b w cat must have: naked decorI’m so happy I came across this fantastic source of accessories! Naked Decor designs incredibly hip and irreverent accessories, including this pillow that I absolutely must get my hands on. Double-sided, with the kitty’s head on one side, and tail on the other (making a pair an absolute necessity!), and an actual pom-pom applique, this is just too much fun to pass up. Although they’re based in Washington, DC, they’ll gladly ship to Canada! What a great gift for the cat-lover in your life!
