Looking to start a new design /decorating blog in the new year to feed my interest of interior design - so I am on the look out for inspirational ideas to discuss and share.
I would love to win tickets and have a great reason to come to Toronto to the show for several reasons. One being that we moved in to our lovely house 8 years ago and very little little has been done since.
Motivation-it becomes very easy just to sit back and live with it. We need affordable but fun ideas. Since we live in Sarnia we have a limited number of stores to get inspired and ideas from. (A wonderful city but lacking in some areas)

My parents just bought their dream retirement home. Well, my dad bought it and my mom is in charge of redecorating. Thing is, I love my mom and I say this in the kindest possible manner, her sense of style is outdated.
Give me a chance to show her what good looks like!
If I don’t go to this design show, you will be responsible for perpetuating a design style that includes a set of wild loon collector’s edition wall plates, a lot of blue mountain pottery, a woven wall-carpet, and a clock made from a slice of a tree trunk.
Constantly on the lookout for design and décor ideas that scream (or whisper) style and space-saver, I like innovative pieces that marry different materials within unique concepts. At a time where I’m about to move, it truly is about making a “house” a home regardless of where that is – and key to this is the signature details which transform a space into a personal haven.
We are currently working on renovating the basement and are in need of ideas and resources. The sooner the basement is ready the sooner I can kick hubbie and the boys downstairs (into the male cove)

I just moved into a new subdivision and everything is new…Landscape, interior decor, basement unfinished. I’m in need of lots of ideas to be able to finish every corner of my house, basement and garden. HELP!!!!
When choosing an anniversary card for my husband I chose the one that went best with our decor (in other words home decor is always on my mind!). Besides getting great inspiration from Style at Home I wish to attend the Home Show for more ideas for our dream house that we are building in the next few years.
I want to visit the retailers and see “the dressings” and my husband wants info on geo thermal heating and more of “the bones” of building a house. The Home Show can fulfil both of our desires.

I am getting ready to move in November and I am looking for new ideas and some much needed motivation. In fact I love to blog about my many different projects and it’s been some time since my last entry. I need to be inspired again.
I’ve gone to the Home Show in the past and have been very disappointed with what was offered. I would like an opportunity to give it another chance.
I am decorating my bedroom and want it to be an elegant yet cozy bedroom filled with serenity and peace. I need more help with bed linens, curtains , lamps and art. This is the room that when I walk into I want to breath a sigh of relief and know that I am at home.
I am a new resident of Toronto and for once, I am close to where all the famous suppliers and great designers would be : The Fall Home Show. A great event to inspire all of the readers of Style at Home!
We want to go to the homeshow because we NEED HELP!! There are so many things we need help with we hardly know where to start. We need designer help with colors inside and outside our home. We need new flooring, help with furniture. We could spend all weekend at the show, SERIOUSLY. If possible we would even sleep over, I can bring an inflatable mattress if necessary! I have camping equipment!!!
We need help because our first home will be closing next April! We want to create a stylish, chic and cozy home in our little space! We already chose our finishes and now having trouble to choose furniture with a limited budget~~would appreciate to attend the Fall Home Show to understand more about interior design!
We live north of the city and never get down there.I am Planning many renovating projects over the course of the next year and would like lots of ideas. Hopefully this will help me jumpstart my husband. The kids are finally grown (but not left) and now its time to fix things up a bit!
