1 If you could shadow any designer for a day, who would it be?
Kelly Hoppen
Tom Ford because I love how he creates the spaces in his film. It completely opened my eyes to doing something new... I would love to do a film interior set.

2 Where do you look for an obscure source of inspiration?
Finding inspiration for me is a case of having time to clear my mind and allow myself to feel inspired. This normally happens when I take time off and when I travel. But I do also find great inspiration from the students who attend my design school.

3 Favourite restaurant?
The restaurant at The Arts Club in Dover Street, London, I love the fish and shellfish. The atmosphere there is great!

4 What’s your favourite room to decorate?
All of them, but I really love to do kitchen designs because it’s the heart of the home and a lot of thought needs to go into making it a social space where the family will come together and talk.
