I admit it. I'm addicted to caffeine. And not just any caffeine - it has to be in the form of a latte or cappuccino and it has to be strong. I also need to have perfectly frothed milk. Most importantly my espresso and frothed milk has to be easy to make. If you think that's impossible check out this beautiful creation I made today. Steamed organic milk and a shot of Fortissio Lungo topped off with a sprinkle of cinnamon. All served in a coffee shop mug. 20140305-140202.jpg How long did it take me to make it? 3 minutes. And how did I do it? Easy. I used the Nespresso UMilk. This particular Nespresso machine comes with an attached milk frother that heats milk up to the perfect temperature.
