Ingredients
Cookies
  • 1 ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package butterscotch Chip-its
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
 
Icing
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • ½ cup white rum
 
Directions
1 Cream together butter with sugar and salt.

2 Blend in flour unit smooth.

3 Stir in Chip-its and pecans.

4 Shape dough into balls and place on greased a cookie sheet.

5 Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes until firm, but not brown.

Remove from cookie sheet to a wire rack set over a cookie sheet or wax paper.

7 Prepare icing – and drizzle over cookies.

8 Let sit until icing is firm.
