Cookie swap: Naomi's walnut crescents
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped or mince in the food processor
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cup all purpose flour
- extra icing sugar to roll cookies in
1 Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Blend in vanilla, flour and walnuts. Roll into crescents, put on ungreased cookie sheets, bake for approx. 15 minutes.
2 Cool for about 15 mins. and roll in icing sugar. Great with coffee! Easy to make.
