Mixologist Kai Bent-Lee adds basil and yuzu for a fresh and zesty tasting update on the ever-popular mojito, made with a SodaStream machine. Here’s his recipe: Muddle: ½ handful basil ½ handful mint 1 bar spoon yuzu zest 1 1/2 oz yuzu juice 1 oz homemade lime cordial ½ oz lime juice Add ice to shaker, add 1.5 oz Bacardi superior white rum and top up with SodaStream Mojito-flavoured soda.
