During the winter, I shared warm-you-up boozy drinks each Friday afternoon. Well, I’d like to bring the Friday happy hour back with a summery spin! Since there’s nothing quite like a cool bevvie at the end of a long work week, I’ll share a refreshing cocktail recipe each Friday for the next month or so. Next up: an Aperol spritz recipe. This Italian aperitivo (a pre-dinner cocktail) is light and refreshing – best served before a lingering alfresco meal.
