Recipe: Donna Hay's easy beef burritos
- 8 oz. (250 g) ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp (5 mL) chili powder
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Chopped lettuce
- Sliced tomato
1 Brown the ground beef with onion, garlic and chili powder.
2 Add chopped tomatoes and cook until thickened.
3 Stir through cilantro and serve with tortillas, lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
