Recipe: Donna Hay's garlic chicken
- 200g chicken breast or thighs
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 of a lemon
- Handful of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 Cook chicken in olive oil in a hot frying pan until cooked through.
2 Add garlic and salt.
3 Toss with parsley and garnish with a squeeze of the lemon.
Serve with a green salad or steamed greens.
