Recipe: Donna Hay's roasted garlic bruschetta
1 Cut the top off of the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil and barbecue for 20-30 minutes.
2 Squeeze the cooked garlic out of the cloves. Spread garlic onto sourdough bread that has been brushed with garlic, then barbeque.
3 Top with sliced tomato and basil leaves. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
