Cheers your weekend brunch with mimosas that boast a healthy kick, thanks to kombucha, the seriously trending "immortal health elixir."
- 3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup store-bought ginger-flavoured Kombucha
- 2 cups sparkling wine or prosecco
- 2 cups raspberries
1 Fill a large pitcher with orange juice and kombucha. Top with prosecco. Stir to combine.
2 Drop 3 raspberries at the bottom of each champagne flute. Pour in kombucha mixture. Serve.
