Recipe: Lentil and goat cheese salad
- 1 can (19 oz/ 540 mL) lentils
- Halved canned baby beets
- Crumbled goat cheese
- Red wine vinegar and olive oil, to serve
1 Drain and rinse lentils and place in a bowl with crumbled goat cheese, baby beets, and arugula.
2 Drizzle with red wine vinegar and olive oil to serve.
