- 2/3 cup chopped and toasted pecans
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup butter
1 In bowl of electric mixer, mix brown sugar and butter until smooth. Add egg yolk. flour and pecans.
2 Put spoonfuls of batter on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 325 F for 12-15 minutes.
