- 250 g butter
- 8 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup custard powder
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup smooth jam (preferably strawberry)
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
1 Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2 Add eggs and beat. Then add custard powder, baking powder and enough flour to form a soft dough.
3 Roll out onto floured surface until the dough is π inch thin. Use a cookie cutter in any shape desired. Bake in a moderate oven.
