Recipe: Cookies 'n' cream cocktail

Smooth and nutty with a hint of cinnamon, this cocktail has all the flavour of a freshly baked cookie, sans the crumbs.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) Baileys Irish cream
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) amaretto
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus additional for garnish


Preparation
Combine the Baileys and amaretto in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until warm but not hot. Stir in the 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour into martini glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.

Serves 4
