This delicious garlic chicken recipe by Donna Hay is ready in just three simple steps.


Ingredients
  • 200g chicken breast or thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 of a lemon
  • Handful of flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Directions
1 Cook chicken in olive oil in a hot frying pan until cooked through.

2 Add garlic and salt.

3 Toss with parsley and garnish with a squeeze of the lemon.

Serve with a green salad or steamed greens
