Ingredients
- 2 sliced chicken breast fillets
- 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
Directions
1 Combine sea salt flakes, pepper and five-spice powder.
2 Sprinkle mixture over chicken breasts. Pan-fry until cooked through.
3 Serve alone or with a salad of fresh coriander, mint, cucumber slices and bean sprouts.
