You will need:
12-inch lengths of decorative ribbon
Peppermint candy rings
Small jingle bells
Napkins
To make:
Tie ribbon around the tops of candy rings where the candy ends meet. Thread jingle bells through ribbon ends before tying into a decorative bow. Place a napkin through each ring for each guest at the table.
