"It sort of plays on a boutique hotel feel," Mike says of the model suite's master bedroom. Mike fashioned a headboard from a dark wood folding screen, and dressed the bed in the same dark chocolate and cream scheme that permeates the rest of the condo. A series of black and white photographs are the perfect complement to this almost achromatic space.
