A Vancouver couple transforms a cookie-cutter condo into a personal space with an eclectic vibe.
Chad Farquharson and Wayne McGill can't help but take their work home with them. But it's not their nine-to-five jobs (Chad works for the government and Wayne is in retail) -- it's their role as owners of
We Live Like This, their interior design firm. The fun and unique philosophy behind this entrepreneurial enterprise encourages homeowners to go ahead and make bold decor choices. And nowhere is that doctrine more evident than in the couple's 700 sq. ft. downtown Vancouver condo.

Wonderful Wayne & Chad!! You guys turned a 700 sq ft home into an interstingly spacious, artistically creative abode! The mirrors & chandeliers are a great touch. The long disappearing green stripes down the hall are illusive; magnetic & inviting!! Brilliant guys!! Love the chalkboard idea! ☺ Love your cuz Kim xo
I was blown away...I'm a Debbie Travis fanatic, and then I saw Chad Farquarson and thought - there's two!? Apparently not! You suck! How come I didn't know about this? I am always on the hunt for new design ideas - we need to hook up! I'm really impressed with your space, although I'm really not sure I'm brave enough for stripes in the hallway! This may even deserve cookies!! J.
