Hitting the East Coast this spring? Check out the following decor and accessories shops -- they've caught our eye, and we're sure you'll love them too!

The Confederation Court Mall
If you need to get a mall fix, drop by the Confederation Court Mall, which has small shops alongside more familiar retail chains. Second Glance Interiors (902-892-2200) offers decor options from bedding to bath accessories, window treatments and design consultations, while Mermaid Art (902-626-3001, mermaidart.com) has a selection of fine-art prints sure to add the crowning touch to your decor. And the Confederation Centre for the Arts (902-628-6149, confederationcentre.com) has a gift shop with arts and crafts and contemporary fine art.

Olde Charlottetown
Located in historic Victoria Row, the Prince Edward Island Crafts Council (156 Richmond St., 902-892-5152) features crafts made by local artisans. Get a taste of island culture with locally made pottery, batik, woodwork, tabletop goods, aprons and other unique items.

And, finally, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention Moonsnail Soapworks & Nature Store (85 Water St., 902- 892-7627, moonsnailsoapworks.com), a combo store and studio, where you can not only load up on heavenly bath wares and gifts, you can learn about the art of soap making, too. Moonsnail makes très-yummy-smelling aromatherapy soaps (many using locally sourced ingredients, from $4.50 per bar) and also carries giftware, including Japanese paper, candles and pottery.
