If you’re already over winter, Pottery Barn’s newest collection, filled with fresh florals and whimsical elements, will transport you right into spring. The brand has collaborated with celebrity fashion and bridal designer Monique Lhuillier — Reese Witherspoon is among her list of celeb clientele — for its newest designer collection, and you’re going to fall in love with Every. Single. Piece.
In the fashion world, Lhuillier is known for her romantic designs, mostly in the form of dresses, which combine feminine colours and textures. Her home line is no different, boasting pieces that are described as having, “all the luxury and whimsy of her wedding and ready-to-wear gowns."
Lhuillier told Refinery 29 her inspiration behind the collection came from a rose gold and blush tulle dress from her spring 2016 collection. She said, “I wanted to create the beautiful tablescapes, the china, the platters, the chargers, all with that beautiful rose gold. A table is all about the details, and I love to see the whimsy, I love butterflies."
