online shopping obsession: leif
No matter how busy I am or how little time I have to actually leave my computer and speak to real life humans, I still always seem to find the time to lazily click around online and shop. There are the usual suspects (Etsy, Indigo, Society6), but when I stumble across a golden nugget like
Leif, I know the online shopping gods are lookin' out for me.
A wonderland filled with pretty pastels and sparkly gems, Leif has everything from homewares to jewelry to lovely
tabletop accessories. Founded by Stacy Anne Longenecker in spring 2011, the Brooklyn-based Leif sets out to "present the most special, beautiful things that add a unique touch to day-to-day living." And boy, does it ever. My faves include Brooklyn artist Johanna Flores' matte bowls and cups shown above ($32 & $25 each, respectively), as well as the simplistic holiday ornaments below (from $11 each). Say 'hello' to your newest one-stop gift shop.
