This is the best pizza I've ever made. I know the combination sounds bizarre but – trust me on this one – it's extremely delicious. I like to use Udi's Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts because they're the closest thing to the real thing. First, spread a layer of low-fat ricotta cheese over the crust. Then, sprinkle on some natural bacon bits (already cooked) and chopped arugula. Cook according to the package instructions. Let slightly cool and add dollops of organic blueberry jam. Enjoy!
