There are a lot of reasons to love the holidays but one of them has to be the Christmas cookies. You can only be good for so long before surrendering, admitting finally that resistance is futile. My favourite? A plain and simple shortbread cookie. Using this Holiday Shortbread Cookie recipe, I made these cookies (below) for the holiday season.
