Let's face it – Valentine's Day is all about indulging your sweet tooth, especially with some delicious melt-in-your-mouth chocolate. But if you're looking for a healthier alternative during this time of the year, here's an easy recipe for an all-natural strawberry pineapple smoothie that will surely satisfy your cravings (but with a lot less calories!).
Combine 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen pineapples, 1 frozen banana, 3/4 cup plain yogourt and 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk in a blender. Optional: Add a scoop of chocolate whey protein. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass. Top with a straw (or two) to share with your Valentine's Day date. Cheers!
