Ingredients
- 2 cups of peanut butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cherry brandy (optional)
Directions
1 Cream all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
2 Prepare 3 baking trays lined with parchment paper.
3 Spoon into blobs (don’t worry about uniform sizing, they look great rugged and uneven!) and press down with a fork. The unbaked cookies will be very sticky and gooey, this is just fine.
4 Place in a pre heated oven at 325F.
5 Bake for around 25 minutes, the cookies will still be soft to the touch.
Jane's tip: Do not overcook! These cookies crisp on the outside beautifully once cooled and have melt-in-your-mouth centers. Enjoy!
