1 Cook the first four ingredients on the stovetop, stirring constantly at a med-high heat.
2 Cook for about 7 minutes.
3 Pour onto cookie sheet covered in tin foil.
4 Spread the broken chocolate bars over top and smooth out once they become soft.
5 Sprinkle more slivered almonds on top and freeze before breaking into pieces.
