2013 cookie swap: Nicole's whole-wheat sugar cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
1 Cream butter and sugar; then add eggs and vanilla.
2 Combine flour, baking power and salt; then add to creamed mixture.
3 Roll and cut out cookies.
4 Bake at 350F for 10 mins.
5 Decorate when cooled.
