Combine frozen bananas and fresh mango for a refreshing mock ice cream treat.
- 2 perfectly ripe frozen bananas, peeled
- Agave nectar, for sweetening
- Vanilla paste to taste
- 2 fresh or frozen mangoes, pitted
1 Place the frozen bananas in a food processor and blitz until they become creamy, like soft serve ice cream.
2 Add some agave nectar and vanilla paste to taste.
3 Clean the food processor. Add the mango and blitz until smooth.
4 Swirl the two flavours together. Eat immediately after making.
Serves 2 to 3.
