Blend up a delicious milkshake featuring a classic breakfast cereal and lots of sweet cream.

Cereal and milk have always been best friends, but they usually come in a bowl and are not frozen. This Cap’n Crunch Milkshake is the frozen version of your favorite breakfast combination!

Ingredients

• 2 cups Cap’n Crunch
• 1 1⁄2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1⁄4 cup whole milk
• Whipped cream for garnish

Directions
1 Combine Cap’n Crunch, ice cream, and milk in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and top with a spoonful of whipped cream.

Quick Tip: Having a powerful blender is very important for a smooth milkshake. If your blender is only so-so, puree the Cap’n Crunch into a fine powder before adding the remaining ingredients.

Makes 1 serving.
