Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, divided
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of the cream with the coffee and cocoa powder to make a smooth paste. Slowly add the remaining cream, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth.
2 Add the condensed milk, whiskey and vanilla; stir to combine.
3 Pour the mixture into a 24-ounce jar and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. (The mixture will keep for up to two weeks.)
4 To serve, pour the cream into a tumbler filled with ice.
Prep & cook time: 20 minutes
