A hint of maple syrup puts a Canadian spin on this delicious blueberry cocktail recipe.
- 15 blueberries
- 2 oz Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Blueberries for garnish
1 Muddle the blueberries in a mixing glass.
2 Add the cognac, maple syrup and lemon juice.
3 Add crushed ice and pour into a cocktail shaker. Shake hard.
4 Strain into a chilled saucer-shaped glass.
5 Garnish with a skewer of blueberries.
Makes 1 cocktail.
