This alcohol-free cocktail was inspired by Beatrix Potter’s famous gardener.

 It calls for Seedlip Garden, a non-alcoholic spirit that boasts a floral, herbal taste.  

• 2 oz Seedlip Garden
• 1 1/2 tbsp sugar snap shrub
• Top with soda
• Carrot slice

Sugar Snap Shrub

• 2 cups sugar snap peas
• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup white sugar
   

Directions

1 Finely slice peas and pods, add all ingredients into a jar and muddle. Leave overnight. Strain.

2 Build your drink using a highball glass and garnish using carrot slice.
