• The revised floor plan, which flipped the existing kitchen and dining area, makes the space well suited for entertaining. It’s now directly connected to the new dining room and built-in server, wine display and hidden coffee bar.
• The furniture-inspired “armoire,” which houses the panel-ready fridge and freezer, enriches the home’s character.
• A sentimental item for the homeowner, the reclaimed brick backsplash on the range wall was painted white and provides a rustic contrast to the quartz-and-metal-clad custom hood cover.
