Materials
- Green spray paint
- 12" ceiling medallion
- Red and white striped ribbon
- Double-sided tape
- Duct tape
- Safety pin
Directions
1 Spray-paint the ceiling medallion and allow to completely dry.
2 Wrap a band of ribbon around one side of the medallion and secure the ends to the back using double-sided tape.
3 Hang a length of ribbon along the middle of a door (or wall) and notch the end.
4 Line up the ribbon band on the medallion with the ribbon on the door, and secure it in place using duct tape (a nail works, too).
5 Make a ribbon bow and attach it to the ribbon on the door using a safety pin.
