When we don't get enough sleep, it can affect our day-to-day lifestyle and even our mood. But how do you know when your bed is causing the problem?

A mattress usually lasts between 7 and 8 years. Beyond that, it's not unusual to start suffering from aches and pains and sometimes even insomnia.
