The Brief

A Parisian bistro was the owners’ dream, but with added features like a four-foot range, big fridge, zellige tiles and stone counter. The designer wanted to straighten an awkwardly angled island and ensure it worked for a family of five.

Favourite Features

“I love the way everything comes together beautifully in this kitchen. But if I had to choose one thing, it would be the grey and off-white checkerboard tiles,” says designer Vanessa Francis. “The tiles set the Parisian bistro vibe.” The Thonetstyle stools, dark wood accents and soft green cabinets complete the look.
