Made in Canada by Toronto-based designer Trish Papadakos of Trish + Co., these seed paper tags are created from recycled paper and a high-quality mix of wildflower seeds. I'd love to plant them in a rustic-look terracotta pot. Simply place the tag under a thin layer of soil; water thoroughly. Keep the pot in a sunny corner and bring it outdoors once there's no threat of frost.
