Benjamin Moore announces its 2024 colour of the year
After 2023’s Raspberry Blush, a bold coral that makes a statement, Benjamin Moore veered into a more soothing direction for its 2024 colour of the year: Blue Nova CC-860, a space-inspired blend of violet and blue.
Blue Nova is inspired by a new star forming in the sky and inspires a quest for adventure. This intriguing, yet reassuring and elevated colour works as a main colour palette, on an accent wall, or even on pieces of furniture throughout the house.
“Blue Nova CC-860 is an alluring mid-tone that balances depth and intrigue with classic appeal and reassurance,” said Andrea Magno, Colour Marketing & Development Director at Benjamin Moore. “The Colour Trends 2024 palette tells a story of duality—juxtaposing light against dark, warm and cool, showcasing complementary and contrasting colour pairings. Benjamin Moore announced Blue Nova at the very fitting Blue Origin's Orbital Launch Site in Cape Canaveral, FL. The colour and design giant partnered with Blue Origin in order to inspire and mobilize future generations to pursue careers in STEM and the space industry.
