- 1/2 cup low-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup cold filtered water
- 1 ripe frozen banana, chopped
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp organic raw honey
- 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
- Fleur de sel for garnish (optional)
1 Combine the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
2 Garnish with a pinch of fleur de sel.
