“To keep the kitchen airy, we avoided excess cabinetry, opting for details like a vintage-style stone shelf, bistro-style glass shelving with brass supports, and brass mesh cabinet inserts for a nostalgic touch,” says designer Negar Reihani.

“I wanted to complement its architectural details, inject a tailored look and create a comfortable family space," says designer Jennifer Ferreira. "The entryway feels grand for a 16-foot-wide house," says . The oversized mirror creates the illusion of space, and the large pendant light complements the black trim on the sisal runner.

Repeat offender

“The arches in this home are such an important part of its history, so we repeated their curves in statement pieces, such as the giant metal pendants and slipcovered counter stools,” says designer Lauren Woods. Classic white millwork is paired with Valentino marble surfaces. “I love how it has quiet undertones of almost blue.”
