Korean-style barbecue ribs
This is a nice smoker version of Korean-style short ribs. Smoking gives them a great flavour, while cooking them in a pan helps tenderize. Be sure to get cross-cut ribs to enhance the taste from the barbecue sauce marinade. Once these are done, you might want make some Korean tacos with it.
Smoky skirt steak fajitas
Skirt steak cooks up nicely on the barbecue for these tasty fajitas. Just be sure to sharpen your knife and slice the meat thinly and against the grain. The fajita rub and oak smoke flavour work well together on the meat, and cooking the vegetables in the smoker puts this one over the top.
Big bacon and blue cheese stuffed hamburgers
These great big burgers have all the good stuff on the inside. They’re stuffed with blue cheese and bacon and cooked in the smoker for an extra layer of flavour. Be sure to seal them tight so the good stuff stays inside. They’re so big you might want to cut them in half.
