You Can Now Live In A Replica Of One Of Martha Stewart's Iconic Homes

Prices start at $150,000 for a Martha-inspired abode.

Dazzling paned windows, a host-ready chef’s kitchen, and delightfully chic aesthetics—your dreams of a Martha Stewart-style home is within reach!

The lifestyle icon is partnering with prefab builder Hapi Homes and Marquee Brands to design four home models based on her own properties.

“Martha has influenced how people live for decades,” said Mary O’Brien, CEO of Hapi Homes, in a press release. “This collaboration takes that influence beyond interiors and products, into the architecture of the home.”

The partnership offers full-sized home build kits starting at $450,000, with additional built kits of accessory-dwelling units starting at $150,000. Each unit is designed to be customizable, with flexible finishes and layouts.

Take a look at the four models inspired by Martha Stewart's very own homes.

Unfortunately, we can't get these in Canada yet...but we will keep you updated!

Inspired by Stewart’s 1925-built farmhouse in Katonah, New York, this classic style features clapboard siding and a metal roof. The interior has oak floors, limestone surfaces, brass details, and iconic bright windows.

This white stucco build draws its name and style from Stewart’s former Manhattan condo on Perry Street.

This home is inspired by the lifestyle mogul’s 1920s Seal Harbor summer estate. Lower-profile and cottage-like, it has a masonry facade, pergolas, and French doors.

Take a trip to the coast with the Lily Pond model, inspired by Steward’s former 1870s East Hampton cottage. It’s detailed with cedar siding, stone detailing, and large windows.

Century Old Made New

“The arches in this home are such an important part of its history, so we repeated their curves in statement pieces, such as the giant metal pendants and slipcovered counter stools,” says designer Lauren Woods. Classic white millwork is paired with Valentino marble surfaces. “I love how it has quiet undertones of almost blue.”

Barn Conversion

“This corner dining space is tucked beneath a sloped ceiling, so it feels really intimate,” says designer Amanda Richardson. In addition to contemporary chairs, it has a banquette. “You can play cards or sit around the dining table talking for hours.” Rough-hewn edges on the table give the space an approachable look. So does the naturalistic chandelier.

A Muskoka Family Home

The front hall establishes the cottage’s convivial tone. “The mix of rich oak with white paint, especially on the staircase, which is purposely not all white, provides contrast so the space feels light and airy, but still warm at the same time,” says designer Michele Thompson.
